Born in Alexandria City, Egypt, Chef Michael Fattah was trained in Switzerland. He worked in fine restaurants in Bergen County, N.J. for 13 years prior to moving to Estero and opening Ristorante Farfalla in 1998. A chef for 23 years, Michael specializes in gourmet authentic Italian and Continental cuisine. He is known for his special flair with ingredients when making his entrees, light but very flavorful sauces, and delicious homemade desserts.
